Touch the toes test
Overview
This test is performed standing with both legs straight. We do this test to evaluate posterior muscle group tightness. If the person to touch their toes, then the assessor records a fail. If the person can touch their toes while keeping their legs straight, then a pass is recorded for this test.
NB. This test is to be performed in bare feet.
